(a) Find his total sales 50%APPLES were sold at $ 10 for 3:3000x50%x10/3=3000x0.5x10/3=$5000 30% of the apples sold at $ 10 for 4:3000x30%x10/4=$2250 the rest were sold at $ 10 for 5:3000X20%X10/5=$1200 total sales :5000+2250+1200=$8450 (b) Find the profit percent (8450-5000)/5000X100% =0.69x100% =69%
